The Cube premises is a purpose-built resource for the activities ran by The Cube but also as a source of income, which supports the running of our charitable organisation. Children and young people are at the heart of what we represent as a charity and we like to support local organisations who work with children, young people and families as well as welcoming other community groups and private bookings.
We have a fantastic space comprising of a main hall, kitchen, snug room, garden (large grass area) and basketball court. We also have a pool table, football table, table tennis, games consoles and hire of some sports equipment all included in the cost to hire.
We welcome private parties to take place at The Cube, this can include parties for under 18's and also for adults. We are also open to working alongside party planners.
We have a party hirer's handbook, which can be read by clicking the button below. It will hopefully answer any questions that you may have but it may also answer any that you haven’t thought of. If you have any extra queries, then please feel free to get in touch by email and we will endeavour to answer those for you.

Under 18 Parties
As an organisation safeguarding is extremely important to us and this is for all events that take place at The Cube including private hire. This includes adult to child ratio. This information is in the handbook below.

We currently have quite a full weekly calendar of external groups hiring our space, however there are some gaps available. Please get in touch to see if we have the space to accommodate your group.

Churches Together
If you are a church that is member of The Market Harborough Churches Together then you can hire The Cube for free for any work involving young people, children and families. Any other events will be charged at a charity rate.

DownloadOur main hall has comfortable sofas, tables and chairs, a pool table, football table, music system and tv's with consoles. There are bi-fold doors, which open up to the patio and outside space.
Our modern kitchen is adjoined with our main hall being separated by a breakfast bar. It has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and an oven/hob. We also have china, glasses, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, baking trays and pans.
This is quiet, restful space away from the main hall, which has some comfortable chairs.
We have a spacious garden with a large lawn with a football net.
We have a basketball hoop with a half court.
We have a wellbeing garden, which is full of plants as well as a small water feature and seating.
There is a large patio that includes a gazebo with fairy lights, outside seating and table tennis.
We have various equipment available including a football table, pool table and outdoor table tennis.
We have three toilets including a disabled toilet and a baby changing station, we also have two menstruation stations available.
The full capacity of our building is 75 people; however, this would be at a squeeze. If you are planning on having either soft play equipment or a bouncy castle inside the building, then the number will be reduced as there will be less space. We have a garden, but it is obviously weather dependant.

We allow bouncy castles and soft play on our grounds, but it is essential that the bouncy castle is hired from a reputable company who have their own:
Our insurance does not cover bouncy castles/soft play so any company that does not have both documents will not be allowed to set up their equipment on the grounds of The Cube.

We do not do party packages or catering, however you are welcome to use our kitchen and catering equipment.
We do allow decorations but ask that they are mentioned to a member of staff.
